Lewis County Maple Producers Association
Maple Weekend will be held the last two weekends of March at select participating producer locations throughout New York State. The dates of Maple Weekend are March 19th and 20th and April 2nd and 3rd, 2016.

About Maple Weekend
Maple Weekend is one of the top agri-tourism events in America. Almost 160 maple producers across New York State open their facilities to show people how maple syrup and related maple products are made from the tree to their table.
This fantastic, family-oriented event takes visitors back to their agricultural roots as they learn how a clear, water-like sap becomes a golden brown nectar.
Visitors tell us they enjoy the many different locations for the event because each producer has something different to teach and entertain the guests. Whether it's horse and wagon rides into the woods, farm animal petting areas or pancake breakfasts, there is something for everyone at Maple Weekend. The best part of every visit though is chance to sample maple syrup and other products to see what all the fuss is about!

Participating Areas
There are 19 participating producers throughout Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida and Oswego Counties.
Lewis County has 7 participating producers.
The American Maple Museum, Moser's Maple, Moser's MapleRidge Farm, Oswegatchie Educational Center, Pierce's Sugar Spigot, Swiss'er Sweet Maple and Yancey's Sugarbush.
Jefferson County has 4 participating prodcuers.
Burnham's Pure Maple, Massey Ranch, Rudd's Family Maple Syrup and Tug hill Sweets & Treats.
Oneida County has 3 participating producers.
Shaw's Maple Products, Tibbitts Maple and The V.V.S. FFA Maple Market.
Oswego County has 5 participating producers.
Maple Hill Farm, Maple Hollow Farm, Red Schoolhouse Maple LLC, Willow Creek Farm and Yadley Maple.
